10 DAY JUICE CLEANSE DETOX - DAY 2 HEALTHY BLUEBERRY CABBAGE JUICE
Day 2 of my detox juice cleans continues with Blueberry Cabbage juice. Blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients. Blueberries are the King of antioxidant foods. Purple cabbage contains an impressive amount of nutrients. One cup (89 grams) of chopped, raw, purple cabbage contains the following nutrients: Calories, Protein, Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Potassium, Thiamine and Riboflavin. Purple cabbage is a great source of antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds that help protect against cellular damage. INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium red cabbage
1 Large cucumber peeled
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 Large Apple
1 1/2 Cups Water
METHOD
Add all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
Sieve (optional) I prefer to drink as is because of the fiber that is in the juice
