Chapatis and tea

 How to make soft yummy chapatis

 2 Onions
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Carrot
 1 Small Piece of ginger
 3 Teas spoons of cooking oil or melted blue band
 1 Pinch of sugar
 1 cup warm water
 2 cups Baking flour

Grate or blend onions, ginger, carrots and put in a bowel

Add warm water, salt, and cooking oil or melted blue band, mix.

Pour in flour and knead to form a dough, kneed until soft, smear on it with cooking oil, and cover for 15 minutes

Smear little flour on a flat surface, divide dough into small pieces, roll to make round shapes

Set frying on little fire heat and fry. Turn both sides until ready and golden in color
