How to Make an Orlando Tongue Salad

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the tongue and eggs early until tender.

Cut onion and mushrooms into cubes and fry aside in butter. Place the fried mushrooms in the first layer. Salt and pepper, brush with mayonnaise.

Top with chopped cucumbers (first squeeze cucumbers out of excess moisture). Sprinkle with mayonnaise.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Pepper, salt, and brush with mayonnaise.

Next comes a layer of fried onions. Salt and wash the layer with mayonnaise.

Egg eggs and spread evenly on top.

The Orlando salad and tongue are ready. You can decorate at your discretion. I made a mayonnaise net on top, placed sliced cucumbers in a circle around the edge, and garnished the center with herbs.
