 5 tbsp Magarine

 PaparikaPinch
 Oatmeal
 Salt

Wash Irish very well

Divide each into 2 pieces

Wash again

Boil with salt for 15 minutes or until half cooked

Remove from water

Heat frying pan and melt 3 table spoons of margarine or batter

Put in irish and let each side fry for about 3 minutes before you turn, fry until golden brown

Add black pepper, paparika, more 1 table spoon of magarine and keep turning.

Add coatmil and fry for more 3 minutes.
serve hot.
