Stir fried rice with pan-fried liver & Sautee veggies

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

In a saucepan, Sautee red onion in butter until tender. Add in the pre-boiled rice and toss. Toss in the paprika, dark soy sauce. Turmeric and peanuts and continue stirring. On the side fry 1 egg and stir to scramble. Stir vigorously and correct the seasoning. Cook for 2 more mins and serve.

Step 2

In a saucepan, Sautee red onion in vegetable oil until tender. Add in the liver strips and Sautee for 3 mins under medium heat. Season with the beef cube, black pepper, and salt, and continue cooking. Toss in the bell peppers and pour in the coconut cream and continue cooking for 4 mins. Correct seasoning and serve.

Step 3

In a wok over high heat Sautee the red onion in butter until tender. Toss in the veggies, season, and stir fry. Finish off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
